• breaches or is intended to breach any applicable local, national or international law, regulation or policy or causes RemitLand to breach any applicable law, regulation or policy in any way
• is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect
• is for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm others, including minors in any way
• is in connection with any form of human trafficking or forced labor
• is abusive or incites hate, violence or seditious, or does not comply with our content standards
• is in connection with any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or spam
• is in connection with harmful programs like viruses, spyware, or similar malicious code
• is designed or can be used in circumventing system controls, engaging in deceptive or inauthentic user behavior, or misrepresenting identity
• would illegally evade any applicable taxes, levies or duties or facilitate tax evasion
• uses our services in a manner likely to result in complaints, disputes, reversals, chargebacks or liabilities
• uses our services for an unapproved purpose
• relates to foreign exchange speculation, investment or arbitrage activities
• is in connection with activities or services requiring a license where licensing requirements have not been met
• Adult Content & Related Services including pornography, escort services, prostitution services, and illegal or exploitative content
• Gambling Services & Games of Skill where illegal or without required permits
• Illegal Drugs & Controlled Substances including sale, distribution, manufacturing or facilitation
• Counterfeit or Unauthorized Goods infringing intellectual property rights
• Weapons Manufacturing, Sales & Supplies including firearms, components, blueprints, ghost guns
• Payday & Predatory Lending including high‑interest short‑term loans
• Hate Speech & Discrimination promoting discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Ponzi, Pyramid Scheme, Multi‑Level Marketing, Telemarketing
• Cash‑intensive or unverifiable source‑of‑funds businesses and remittance models
• Sale or trade of endangered animal species or derived products
• Sale or trade of illegal or unauthorized goods including human remains, body parts, archaeological relics
• Offering regulated financial services without valid license or registration
• Financial/professional services including binary options, escrow, cryptocurrency trading, money service business, forex platforms
• Sale or trade of regulated or illegal products including alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, drug paraphernalia, pharmaceuticals, chemicals
• Sale or distribution of unlicensed products or services
• Other businesses outside RemitLand's risk appetite

2. Entities Ineligible for Services

• Sanctioned Parties subject to international sanctions
• Shell Banks without physical presence
• Shell Entities with no physical presence, employees, or commercial activity
• Trust and corporate service providers involved in offshore formation or nominee structures
• Unregistered charities
• Other categories outside RemitLand's risk appetite
